Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.Orders & Pricing

  • All orders are confirmed subject to stock availability.
  • Prices are fixed and offered at wholesale / lowest rates.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery takes a minimum of 3 days and up to 7–10 days, depending on the location.
  • No shipping is done on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. No Return / No Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to double shipping costs.
  • Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
  • An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for verification.
  • After verification, courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer only within 3–5 business days.
  • No refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • For COD orders, a ₹100 advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order.

  • The remaining amount will be payable in cash at the time of delivery.
  • The advance amount helps us confirm genuine orders and manage shipping costs.
  • In case of order refusal or non-acceptance of order when reached, the advance payment will not be refunded.

6. Reselling & Wholesale

  • Reselling is available for eligible customers.
  • Trendy Girly Stuff is not responsible for individual reseller pricing, profits, or business outcomes.

7. Trust & Verification

  • Customers with trust concerns may schedule a video call after order confirmation.
  • A ₹100 advance payment is required for the video call, which will be adjusted in the final bill.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide correct and complete delivery details.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address or contact information.

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violation.

10. Policy Updates

  • Trendy Girly Stuff (TGS) reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Transit Damage Responsibility

  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling are subject to the courier partner.
  • Claims for damage will be accepted only with a proper parcel opening video.

12. Unboxing Video Mandatory

  • Customers are advised to record an uncut unboxing video for all orders.
  • Complaints without a clear unboxing video will not be considered.

13. Communication Policy

  • All order-related communication will be done via WhatsApp, call, or email only.
  • Customers are requested to keep their phone reachable during delivery.

14. Address & Delivery Attempts

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping charges will apply.
  • COD orders returned due to non-acceptance may lead to COD facility being blocked for future orders and advance payment will not be refunded.
