Return & Refund Policy
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
- No refunds or returns are allowed for change of mind, liking, or preference.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- In case of a damaged or wrong product, please share an uncut parcel opening video for verification.
- The video must clearly show the package, label, and the issue with the product.
- After verification, courier charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer only.
- The refund will be completed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
4. Order Confirmation
- All orders are confirmed based on stock availability.
- If any item is unavailable, you will be informed before dispatch.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery takes a minimum of 3 days and may take up to 7–10 days, depending on location.
- No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.
6. Trust & Verification
- If you have any trust concerns, you may schedule a video call after order confirmation.
- A ₹100 advance payment is required for the video call, which will be adjusted in your final bill.
