Payment Policy

We offer simple and secure payment options. Please read the payment policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept payments through the following methods:
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on selected orders.
• A ₹100 advance payment is mandatory to confirm all COD orders.
• The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
• The advance payment is used for order confirmation and shipping processing.
• In case of order refusal, cancellation after dispatch, or non-acceptance, the advance amount is non-refundable.

3. Prepaid Orders

• Full payment must be made in advance for prepaid orders.
• Orders will be processed and dispatched only after payment confirmation.

4. Payment Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete payments.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrect items, as per our Refund & Return Policy.
• Approved refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer only within 3–5 business days.
• Courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Pricing

• All prices are listed at wholesale / lowest rates.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Failed or Incorrect Payments

• In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited, customers are advised to contact their bank or payment provider first.
• If payment is received in our account but the order is not processed, the amount will be refunded after verification.

8. Payment Security

• We do not store customer card or bank details.
• Customers are advised to make payments only to the official payment details shared by Trendy Girly Stuff (TGS).
